I'm officially finished treatment now and just spent 3 days alone at the Briar's resort (jackson's point) trying to regroup and refocus.
I highly recommend to anyone having gone through treatment that at the end of it all, get away somewhere, anywhere, by yourself for a few days. It was very good for the soul and I feel ready to move forward with the rest of my life.
